Achieve balance of mind and body with this classic barre workout. This class will include small isometric movements, light plyometrics, core stabilization, balance challenges, and simple body weight based strengthening movements. This class flows at a moderate pace, and you will FEEL THE BURN!

Break a sweat with this full body workout concentrating on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, and flexibility. In Cardio Sculpt we will utilize props such as bands and gliders to push your body even further and achieve the ultimate BURN.

BREAKFAST BARRE
Sculpt, lift, tone and shape your body with this Barre Band workout. We will improve balance, strengthen isolated muscle groups, and challenge the body. This class is followed by a ballet stretch routine to help elongate the body, nourish the muscles, and treat the body with love and care. A buffet of a workout where you get a little bit of everything.
